Yoga is the fastest growing sport in the world. It is a non competitive form of physical activity that stretches and strengthens the body, mind and soul.
Our classes are based on the Integral Style of Hatha Yoga and include physical postures, breath expansion and control, meditation and deep relaxation, positive thinking, and the yogic personal and social code of ethics.
Postures are alignment focused and sequences range from gentle restorative to more intense depending on class experience. Blocks and belts are available to support and modify postures safely.
